September 24-25, 2009. Delegates from across the world meet in Pittsburgh to draft plans to rebuild the economy and finance the IMF. Activists gather in the streets as the 4,000 police officers barricaded the passage to the summit. Voices scream, students are beat, and cries of sadness and joy echo down the brick neighborhoods of "the Strip" and "Shanley Park".
