Who cares who wanted to close Gitmo first. The stupid inmates just need to be shot. They get three hots and a cot where they are right now. I hope if they are brought to the US prison system they are killed or at least raped to death.

From this report, it seems Bush really really wanted to close Gitmo, but no one incarcerated there had enough money to pay him for their release - he kept shouting "Show me the money! Show me the money!" Now, I finally understand.

she is right in that the obama administration has provided no details on how theyre going to close gitmo, BUT obama is actually taken steps to close gitmo if bush wanted to close gitmo why didn't he, or at least express that he wanted to?

Let's try and remember that all of the RABID REPUBLIANS on Youtube will buy this lie as well...that's what the Bush administration is counting on...They will lie and spin everything until they convince enough people that it's God's truth. The Bush administration has no shame, no remorse, and certainly no conscience...this is about power, money, legacy, and trying to keep their butts out of jail.
