I would like to share the life of SPC Walsh while on our deployment and how he greatly impacted so many soldiers in many ways. Hey Walsh, I will continue to capture all these special moments in life with my camera but will miss every time you said, "Hey Salsa" and possed for a picture... You will be missed but never forgotten.
On 16NOV2011 We lost a great soldier and gained an Angel. SPC Walsh was doing what he had grown to love best while on our deployment, Rucking in gear, weapon in hand! Only days for our return! We will fight this battle until the end, for you Pikachu! Rest in Peace...

SPC Walsh, Sean

  • I remember Sean from Vans and Sunnyvale. I used to see him almost everyday. He was just a kid...a little kid who turned into a man who became a Hero. God Bless you. I am deeply saddened by his loss and my heart goes out to the family :(

  • RIP Brother

  • I remember I was with him in RSP and then how, after Basic, I showed up with him at the wrong unit. He was a friend when I needed one.

  • Man, this was well done. This is the Sean I knew. I am very very sadden to hear of this loss. Thank you for putting a face behind the name. RIP Sean. God please look over his mother and comfort her during this time of need.

  • You know, it's always sad when a US soldier dies but when you find out that the person is that close to your home, it really hits you hard.

  • So sad ! My heart is broken!

  • Sean, what I remember of you is that you were always positive and had a smile on your face. Seeing you from a 10 year skater kid at the Tim Brauch contest to a young man. We will miss you, but not forget you.

    God Bless!

  • MY STEP BROTHER IS IN THE SAME PLT. REST IN PEACE SPC.
