  • We have a 1966 chevy C60 just like the one in the video that has been sitting on our farm for quite some time. Just yesterday my dad gave me $100 dollars and said if you can start her you can have her. I put in new plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter and cleaned the points. I added fuel to the tank because the tank was drained before it sat. I went to crank over the motor for just a sec to test the filter for leaks and to my surprise she sprang to life. I now own a 1966 Chevy C60 and I'm only 20 lol.

  • @justinmoss101 Cool. Look forward to the video.

  • i have a 1958 ford 600 v8 that hast ran in 20+ years its been in montana weather so whut do i neeed to do to get it running plz help im a young kid but i want to get it goin

  • @tank2449 First, don't use the fuel supply from the tank. Hook up a fuel line to the fuel pump like we did, and use a gas can as a supply. Don't use the fuel in the tank. Second, take out the spark plugs and fill the cylinders with Marvel Mystery oil. Take off the valve covers and pour the Mystery oil over the valve springs and valves. Let it sit for a few days like this. Then crank the engine without the plugs to clear the oil from the cylinders. Follow the video, and you will be OK.

  • Has anything changed concerning the owner letting y'all have it? Or is he still being onery? Shame to let it rot like that. He wouldn't get much selling it for scrap.

  • @bustyrandit No, nothing has changed. It has been well over a year now, so I have given up on ever getting it. It is a shame, because it will no doubt eventually be junked.
