I haven't heard this song since I lived in Rockford, Illinois and Cheap Trick was playing in the local bars. But 30 years later I could still remember the tune. I often wondered why they didn't put it on one of their early records.

I saw them do this in the late 70's and did a cover of it just from memory; it was THAT influential. Seeing it here correctly is a bit disalusioning on all the mistakes I made, but now at least I can get it right.

I saw them sing this song in about 1977. I've seen them about 15 times or more since and they never did it again. It's an awesone toon. I once asked Rick who was the song about ? He raised his hand,but later someone said it goes deeper than that,whatever that means. But I really love the song!!
