Wow porto, aren't you helpful to our gaming community

@BossLetsPlayer I use "One Touch Video Capture". It comes with the Diamond VC 500.

@Portoslug ill try that, thanks.

@SILLYR0BOT822 You can record game play as AVI or you can convert it to AVI with the video editing software that comes with the capture card when you render the video file.

when i am recording, the game becomes really laggy, but when i am not, it is not laggy. is it just my computer? plz help

@Supergecko100 For some reason when I first bought the capture card it lagged a bit. Now it is pretty good. This might be a computer thing but it might be the settings you have the capture card on. In the "Capture Button" tab in the settings you might have it set on: Snapshot, instead of: Capture Video. If this is not the case you can try going to the "Task Manager"(if you have Windows), In the Application tab right click on the capture card software, go to process, set the priority to High.

WHY DOES MY SCREEN FLICKER WHEN I RECORD CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?
EliteHammerBro 4 months ago
@EliteHammerBro I'm going to list all of the ideas I have one why it might do this:
-usb not plugged in all of the way.
-AV cable not plugged in all of the way.
-Metal parts of the AV cables are touching.
-AV Cables might be damaged.
-Might have got the wrong setup when using the disc. e.g windows 7/vista/xp 64 bit or 7/vista/xp 32 bit.
-Too many other programs running on your computer.
Are you using "Ulead Studios" to record or are you using the recording software directly?
