Hell Ya. I live in New Castle DE, and it has gotten insane how many people live here now. This state is NOT big enough for all these retards who keep moving here.

It's big enough. Traffic is horrendous,because retards keep moving here. It's actually really annoying. I grew up in Delaware. I can tell you the population has grown since my childhood.
