Not to nitpick...but you said you wouldn't press charges against him if he did what you asked and he NEVER did what you asked.

On his .000....01% chance of someone hurting him...he has at least that much of a chance of his neighbor seeing a video he's done and deciding to kill him over it. He has at least that when handing out the CD's that he printed using his former employer's equipment. He even had that much of a chance of being killed BY THE EMPLOYER!

You were way more patient and understanding with him than I would have been. It was obviously pointless to explain to him why you were doing what you were doing, because as you said he does not understand accountability. VFX is an asshole who refuses, as you demonstrated, to take any responsibility for his own actions. Whether that is

(i) stating that the Jews deserved the holocaust

(ii) spreading scientific disinformation that tTf00t debunked; like that there's no water on other planets/moons

(iii) filing illegal, false DMCA's,

(iv) lying about filing DMCA's; which TogetherForPeace exposed,

(v) not giving the money he pledged to a charity

(vi) lying about dprjones; the girl was not Tynja.
