ok seriously ... great idea but WTF do you do if you CANNOT WALK, are POOR and DISABLED and on an EXTREMELY TIGHT INCOME and cannot afford all your ritzy rich organic food? And if you have no car to even get to a Whole Foods store far away??? sigh ... THIS IS ALL FREAKING HOPELESS!!! :( GRRRRRR

I thought you are not supposed to use distillled water only purified or spring water , also as I understand it it's either the tea or swf not both.

I am from Australia and I can not find B grade Maple Syrup anywhere. Will any certified organic syrup do or will pure organic be better...what words on the label are better.

I will wait for your reply till I start the cleanse.
