Kelley Blade is in love with Boot Camps---and wonders why she let fear keep her from taking action earlier.
Kelley thought Boot Camps were only for people who were already physically fit and workout fanatics. She was scared she would not be able to keep up. Plus she was nervous about being in a big group.
But at the end of her first camp she was on top of the world. In just 10 days she lost 4 pounds. She immediately signed up for the next one and got involved in group exercise classes in between.
Kelley used to keep her weight in check by skipping meals if she needed to drop a few pounds, but that wasn't fun, effective or safe. Exercise has kept the weight off and encouraged her to fuel her body with healthy foods.
She loves the shape of her new body, the strength in her muscles and the energy in her soul. Kelley's story reminds us that fitness is the best solution for weight management and happy living.
