Love Story or is it? *Chapter 22*

recap: Emily came in the room and wanted to "take care of bussiness"

Nick-"What are you saying?" (Defensive)
Emily-"Well, can I talk to Brianna alone for a sec?"
I looked at Nick and he didn't look like he was going to leave me.
Nick-"You can say anything in front of me."
Emily looked disappointed. I felt safe with Nick next to me.
Emily-"Remember Jason, Brianna?"
My eyes got wide. Emily looked happy that I was scared.
Emily-"If you don't stay away from a certain someone, I'll give him a call."
Tears were already rolling down my face. Nick looked worried.
Me-"How do you know him?"
Emily-(Smiling) "I have my connections. You have 2 days."
Emily left and I broke down. Nick hugged me and helped my calm down. When I was calm enough to talk, Nick tried to figure out who Jason was.
Nick-"Brianna, who's Jason?" (Concerned)
Me-"He's my ex. He would abuse me everyday so much, that I would get used to it. I was too afraid to break up with him so we didn't break up till a year later, when he dumped me for a prettier girl. Even though he would abuse me, I still cared about him. I took me forever to get over it. That's why I was afraid to admit that I like you, cause I was afraid that I would get hurt again."
Nick-"Well, don't worry cause I won't do that to you."
Me-"How can I be sure? You did that to most of the girls at our school."
Nick-"Remember, we're engaged. Its different."
Me-"I think this is the first time that I actually like the fact that we're engaged."
Nick-"When do our moms come back?"
Me-"In a-"
I got a phone call. It turned out to be my mom.
Me-"Hey mom"
Mom-"Hey honey, we're coming home in 2 weeks. Just a reminder."
Me-"Okay"
Mom-"Did you get along with Nick?"
Me-"Yeah"
Mom-"No wonder, you're not whining. Well bye and when we get home, we'll pick out your wedding dress okay?"
Me-"Okay, bye mom."
Mom-"Bye"
Nick-"Who was that?"
Me-"My mom. They're coming home in 2 weeks that means in 2 weeks, I get to pick my wedding dress."
Nick-"You'll look beautiful."

Brianna and I were talking. Then I got a phone call from a private number.
Me-Who i-"
?-"Stay away from Brianna if you don't want her hurt."
Me-"Who are you?"
?-"Someone"
Me-"Leave her alone."
?-"Only time will tell."
Then ? hung up. What did he mean when he said "only time will tell"?
Brianna-"Who was that?"
Me-"No one"
Brianna-"Seriously, tell me"
Me-"Don't worry about it."
I kissed her to reassure her. Then she deepened it and turned into a make out session, till the doctor interrupted us. We broke apart and Brianna got a note. She opened it and her face got pale.

The note said:
"Get Nick out of your room and he won't get hurt. You don't want to hurt your lover boy do you?"
I was startled. I didn't want Nick 'out of here' but I couldn't let him get hurt.
Me-"Nick, can you get me some ice-cream?"
Nick-"Sure, what flavor?"
Me-"Chocolate and Vanilla swirl please"
Nick-"Comin right up."
Nick kissed me and left. A few seconds after he left, Jason came in.
Me-"What are you doing here?"
