Here's a video of a freshly opened box set of A. Zildjian cymbals. It includes the 14" New Beat hi-hats, 16" Fast Crash, 18" Fast Crash, and 21" Sweet Ride cymbals.
I'm playing along to one of my bands original songs in this video. I'm playing a Gretsch Catalina Jazz shell pack with clear Remo Emporer heads on the toms (12" and 14") and an Evans Emad on the bass drum batter (18".)
The drums are tuned for rock music. The snare is a PDP maple shell/maple hoops with a Remo coated Ambassador on the batter side and hazy something or another on the snare side.
