words cannot even BEGIN to express how much I appreciate you even though you dont know me. I'm in Cosmetology School, really good at coloring and cutting. Today she said "updo" and I FROZE. Can I bring you to Cosmetology School with me? LOL

do we twist the hair before we pin it up or does it really matter?

Very pretty. I love that curly bun look cause I do a similar updo with my hair except I put it in a loose bun tied with a ponytail band, then start pulling out the curls from the bun and make sure the ponytail band is covered with all the curls. I'm going to try it your way. It seems it would end up looking more consistently pretty than my method which can be hit or miss.

Can you do this with long hair? Yours is quite short, but mine is down to the middle of my back, and I wondered if the hanging bits would look too long. What do you think?

@BeccySpeedie You can do this wiith longer hair but you will have to pin up the long curls that hang down because if you dont it will not look right. So you can pin the curl up into the hair that it on top. I dunno if that makes sense, but I tried haha. Thanks!
