This is simple demonstration showing how to get over $30,000 at the very beginning of the game. $2,000 (from the drug dealer) and over $28,000 (from ITB)

NO CHEATS and no mods were used.
This is a completely legitimate game.

Here are the details:
The video starts off as a new game... Carl is in the alley where Tenpenny and Polaski through him out of there police car. He only has $350.

First I killed a drug dealer and got $2,000... then I went to Inside Track Betting and bet on the horse with 12 to 1 odds.

Actually, all three available drug dealers only have $2,000 each. I'm not sure how you got $4,000. It's been established and known by people that play San Andreas that they all carry about $2,000 each, not $4,000.
