  • This is good for people who are already slim but for people like me who is overweight, I can't even do one push-up let alone that many lol. I just don't know what would suit me as I am probably 3 or 4 times the size of you!

  • @MsMAdHaTtErNo1 I actually use these types of workouts with my clients all the time, many of whom are much larger than me. Do what you can and modify when you can't. Size has very little do do with ability. Just keep trying! xo

  • wow I really push myself.. I love H.I.I.T workouts and I usually make my own.. but I will usually do 10/45 28rd 4-6 times through with anywhere from 5-7 exercises!! I'm really proud of myself! you did great Bex. I hate taking breaks, it makes it so much harder! I just wish they would have 1 name for exercises. It gets so confusing, The plank rows, I know as renegade rows, add a 12 lb weight and feel the burn. Those squat drops I know as dynamic squats but when you go down you touch the floor! :)
