Mohamed Osman Mohamud has been arraigned on a charge of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. He was arrested in Portland after FBI agents say he tried to detonate what he thought was a massive car bomb at a holiday tree lighting ceremony.

I'm afraid I totally disagree with you. From what you said the FBI did not make him do anything! If he wasn't predisposed to do a bomb, he wouldn't have done it! Under similar circumstances, I would not have reported the incident to either the ATF = Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms, the FBI, or the local police. There would also be Homeland Security which I could have contacted and I think I would have contacted a couple of them & tell them the plan. This guy is not without guilt! MGM.
