@eurodanceboymtl When I was in an airplane I was reading this magazine and its said:

Are you afraid of flying?

And it said to breath in deeply hold it fr 3-4 seconds, and then exhale, and do that for a bit and it helps a lot, it also helps wqhen you are nervous and stuff, hope that helps cuz it helped me

ooohhh! lol i thought it was a crj-200 for some reason and it says you uploaded it on september 11 2008 so i just assumed that was when the flight was. my bad!
