This video is for the perpose of Ebay Member "Chikmahl" aka "Noel Coleman" for his lies and for Paypal for getting suckered into to his lies, and quickly taking sides in a dispute that they failed to know the facts on.

UPDATE: started an appeal with paypal and supplied them with proof that there was more to this whole situation.

They originally said they will make a decicion by 21st jun 09. but I still have'nt heard anything, the status in paypal say "being reviewed by paypal" so I think they are either stumped and dont have a clue what to do, or they are just waiting for me to bring my account back into the green and then just f**k me off. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

I am in exactly the same position as you are.

Right now I am just sitting and waiting to be screwed by Paypal over an expensive printer that I had sold.

The buyer is constantly sending me Ebay emails about how this - and this - and this ... does not work.

I asked him to send it back, but he does not respond to that.

I think he is holding out for a chargeback .. AND .. to keep the " useless " printer.

The problem is that eBay sellers think they shouldn't offer money back guarantees like all other normal companies do as a courtesy if the customer is not happy for whatever reason! You got item back - who cares!! I can understand not returning the item as originally recieved, but other than that, whatever...

i once had a problem like this with a electric guitar, i sold it to a guy and he emailed me saying the pickups were not working corectly and when i got it back the pickups were fine but there was a screw missing from the back :(

Looks like Paypal have taken Chikmahl's words without proof and Dallas has lost out. I will think again before doing business with them.

Post Continued.............Having a screw missing even suggests Chikmahl has tried opening the icdx up and therefore this should invalidate any claim Chikmahl has, as the icdx was not returned in the condition it was sent out in,........ In my opinion the seller (dallas) should be given the money back and Chikmahl should be given a warning by e'bay and paypal, ... That is if they were doing their jobs properly and not taking the easy way out............Shame On You Paypal for letting this happen

from looking at the video its obvious Chikmahl doesn't have a clue about the equipment or has a fault with his pc or other equipment ..............................­......

Good work Dallas, my paypal account has recently had $575 taken out of it and paypal are saying that i must have given someone my password etc. I remain in debt and incandescant with fury towards what appear to be a scrupulous company but in reality are a bunch of cowboys that are almost impossible to contact or deal with and have no interest in dealing with people other than taking easy money
