I beat the game in three days (I'm kinda obaessed with it ;D) and took EVERY SINGLE pink slip!!
There's a trick to getting all the pink slips: right after you beat the blacklist rival you get to pick 2 markers (you probably already knew that). If you pick unsuccessfully both times, immediately turn off the console. It will not save and you will be able to re-race the blacklist rival and win his/her pink slip! No cheating involved!
