WCB is a private insurance company, of course they have NO desire to see you get paid a dime. (There's no profit in it). So why is WCB so popular with employers, simple. You can't sue your employer that way.

He's a case manager or perhaps a so called 'medical adviser' at the local compensation board. Who else would say 'It is like bullying someone much smaller than you in the schoolyard?"
