Here is a combination of an announcement video and a tutorial. Today is the day I apply (again) for a Youtube partnership! In case you don't know much about the Youtube Partner Program, or are curious as to why I'm not a Youtube Partner yet, just watch the whole video for a brief overview!

I deleted the copyrighted stuff I used to have and I am more serious than I was in my earlier years. However when I apply I have the same problem as Minzzzi, it just brings me to the homepage.

when i press apply it goes to youtube homepage. Any fix or help?

@MrRuffALot11 no you're not. i went to your youtube page. you're not. Maybe a little research, into what a "YouTube Partner" is. You would also have the banner at the top if you were.
