Nice video! Why are they plowing the land in the fall? Surely it's too late to plant crops... is this being done for some other reason?

@me68206 It was not to late at time of filming to plant winter wheat or barley (Filmed 3rd week of Oct)

or they might plow it but not plant any crops until the spring The frost during the winter will break up the soil

Very nice looking rolling land. Nice looking ploughing job. was there some rocks? I was the one who asked about minimum tillage because we would never be allowed to plow.

@MrFlyinpig First time i have visited this area (South east Scotland). A lot of very good land in this part of Scotland. Fantastic soil on this farm. Never seen any rocks
