@busta4u I do wish Moller 11739 would provide recordings of the instruments being showcased.

That's quite a tune! I love it! Does anyone know which of Handel's marches it is?
-
Edinburgh, not Edenburgh. Sorry.
-
It's a March by G. Handel. I have a CD recording of it played on the organ of McEwan Hall in Edenburgh, Scotland.

The Reuter sounds excellent

Nigel,
Sorry, I don't know the name of it.I have an old CD-R with various pipe organ pieces that was given to me and the track is listed only as March by Handel. I would like to know myself, as I think it is a wonderful sounding piece.

Nice Sound . . lots of organists turn their noses up at Reuter's, but I have always found their sound to be quite enjoyable. Their new instruments in particular have a nice robust almost "American-Romantic" feel. I'd play it everyday . .

The sound is from an older audio recording I have, not from this instrument. To hear this organ, you can check out my other clips of a recent recital given on it. It is a fairly large organ given the size of the sanctuary that it is in. The second photo, which shows the antiphonal division at the rear, was taken just a few steps away from the chancel.

To see it in person, you would think that it would "overpower" the room, but it doesn't. There is little reverb, but the sound envelops the senses quite well and it was a pleasant surprise. The other clips do it little justice.
