Seema - Engineer turned Yoga Instructor

Hi,my name is Seema Mistry. I just want to tell you a little bit about myself in this video. I went to school all my life and then got a degree in engineering. Worked for a while, became ill and had to quit. If I hadn't become ill, I wouldn't have found yoga and where I am today in my life. I am here to make a difference and allow you to join me and watch me through my journey.
