@steiner8burgerston it was an accident yes, but Vince does have some culpability by virtue of the fact that they were using a quick release harness, which is nowhere near as safe as what was used by Sting in WCW. Besides which, it was for a stunt that really had no purpose besides humiliating Owen for refusing to take part in a previous angle.
Now, did Vince do this on purpose? Of course not. But he does bear responsibility for what happened, and for continuing the ppv afterwards.

Why can't you fucking parents watch what their kids sees instead of having to go to the Federal court and deal with the shit. Heck in California, they even require that you have to be over 18 to buy Rated R-games because some stupid parents complain this and that.

Vince should have been locked up for killing Owen.... the evidence that came about during the investigation into that accident was all against him!!! he is the owner of the company, and is responsible for all his wrestlers... despite having writers to compose the storylines and thus initiate them, he has the last word on what happens... and if he had taken a few moments out of his schedule, he would have noticed the feeble and ludicrous way they considered Owens safety.... he killed Owen
