Kim Donaldson, co-founder and managing director of Bottlenotes was Dorothy Cascerceri's guest on the In Touch Weekly Show on Paltalk.

Kim introduced Belgium fermented beers - corked in a bottle muchl ike a wine. Aged three or four years in oak barrels - also just like wine.

Kim says specialty beers are all the rage. The number of microbreweries in the U.S., she, is growing, to meet the demand.

Along with the styles of beer come styles of glasses - again much the same as with wines.

Kim also talked about wine: Red wine generally has more alcohol content than white - but it is also good for one's health because they are high in antioxidants.
