This is from Daren's dance grooves which mtv put out several years ago. Daren actually has a background as a funkstylist i've seen footage of him doin real sick wavin, bottin, boog and tuts. Don't know where the vid is but if I can find it i'll post it.

great instructional video. the moves look difficult to beginners but your instructions made it seem doable.. this video actually got me into hiphop. great job.. post some more.
