    Leangains helped in the sense that I was finally able to combine getting/staying stronger and getting/staying lean. In the past it was always one or the other.

    Not scared in the case of deads, presses and squats, only in the case of bench presses I sometimes am a bit more cautious when I near that final rep ... ;-)
