I watched the Returns Day parade 2010 in front of this hotel. The owner Ms. Lester told me I had to move because I had not paid her $50.00. I am a disabled combat veteran who cannot walk or stand without assistance. I was unable to move after the activities started and Ms. Lester tried to push me off "her" sidewalk which she then placed a rope between myself and a baracade on the public sidwalk. I asked for her permit to block the sidewalk. She said she had one .She did not.
