The quality of some of the buildings mushrooming day and night around the country was called into question yet again when the walls of a top floor of a building under construction collapsed, killing at least 1 person on the spot and injuring 6 others. The walls reportedly collapsed due to heavy winds, splattering heavy debris onto adjacent houses. The architectural association of Kenya is expected to address a media conference highlighting some of the public concerns over the increasing number of collapsed buildings.
