@lukasgisbert Hello there hope your well and thanks for subscribing to my channel. the Mifi is a total unit it is both a dedicated wifi hotspot / router in its own right and it connects by 3g and the new faster mobile broadband. you just pay monthly for the usage account you choose. so simply switch on it connects then gives out you own mobile wifi network any where you are. then the ipad and wifi card connect to it just like they would on any other wifi network simples :-)

when on location, can you connect to the ipad by setting a connection between the 2 device or do you need an external wifi connection?
