@rudabeh It's more-so getting into the "rhythm" of prayer. It a custom of many Jews in which they bow slowly, and really fast to keep a tempo when praying.

I love watching jews praying. They're like those little 'dipping birds', drinking out of a glass of water, except that the mindless drinking birds show more intelligence.
