Wow those groomers are not following petsmarts policy. They should have never allowed your dogs to run out like that without a leash on. They could have gotten out of the door! Very unsafe

@jamieban The dogs in my salon do pull the door open. You may not think they know...but they know what they're doing. lol. They're trying to get the hell out!

It's hard to find a decent groomer for the Irish.. look's like Petsmart did a good job on yours.
