@citycommunitychurch James talks about true religion, but what we see so often are human politics polluting the religion God gave us to hold dearly. Christianity is perfect, but Christians stumble, and the Church is not a house of saints, but a hospital for sinners.

@Beeht I understand your cynicism. We're not all too fond of religion either. It was never God's intent for how we would connect with him. But neither was rationalism and logic alone.The filling of that gap is in only the person of Jesus Christ. Religion is broken, man-made, self-righteous, and worthy of your critique. But the God we serve is personal, tangible, & very real (no placebo)...& He offers hope to everyone (even the religious). Appreciate your honesty. Thanks for the comment.
