  • Waldemar Koszlowsky, you are an terrible ignorant!!! During her numerous appearances, she prooved to be an outstanding ARTIST... we just performed together. You are just jealous, it is so pittyfull! And, please, if you do have to post any of your garbage here anymore, do try to improve your english, it SUCKS!!!

  • @callenishss FYI, Waldemark has long been a pitifully haughty viewer here on YouTube, almost always nasty towards young, living, and rising pianists. If he is still roaming around in order to attack, look for an ignore button if there is one--teasing, but seriously--to avoid him the unpleasant.

  • She could win any piano competition.

  • @WaldemarKoszlowsky thats the video's fault, bad editing

  • I can't belive it. She won the first prize?? But she can play piano or only move her fingers and her arm?!

  • here you get the first movement down to 8 minutes only because this very clever performer fooled you by cheating and did not take the repetition ! :p With repetition this would last the typical ~ 10 minutes. I nevertheless like her playing. I usually find recordings of this sonata too slow and somewhat lacking the drive and youthful energy but it is not the case with Martina.

  • this performance has a lot of drive and energy , probably due to the fact she plays in beethoven's tempo, or almost ....rarely you get a first movement of hammerklavier down to 8 minutes .she manages to get very long lines and is very bold in her tempo choices . she must be having good nerves to play it in semifinals of such a competition . in any case , a very lively , gritty and temperamental performance!
