Asus G73JH Dirt 3 Benchmark & Finland Rally Race Footage 1920x1080 ATi 5870m

Selectable up to 1080p. This video shows an Asus G73JH RoG gaming laptop running Dirt 3. I show the game settings I run and do the Benchmark test in Aspen. Then I show some footage of 2 Rally races in Finland with all the different views. I was amazed how well Dirt 2 ran in the 20s FPS and Dirt 3 is an improvement on that, dare I say 10%+. I've only begun to see what's what, but if you like Dirt 2, there isn't any backwards steps in game performance. Getting us out of the trailer (menu system) was a good idea and shows Codemasters listens.

I use an Xbox controller with the pc. As always, Fraps counter (only) is running. Stock GPU clocks 700x1000. 11.5 WHQL.

I dont have the 1080p/blu ray version of this Asus.

I have the Asus G73jh-RBBX05....can anyone let me know if I'm still ok with it? I think its awesome, as I'm new to the PC/laptop gaming arena. I have I7 core, 6G of DDR3 ram, ATI 5870 card.

Rock extreme 770 t8300 2.4ghz (single) 8800m GTX 512mb running mostly on high with a couple of ultra's thrown in for good measure. Resolution set to 1200 by 900 and msaa x2, smooth as silk but im not gunna push it more than that.
