Killed him on my second attempt after deciding to get some indestructible pots, and grabbed a MotW of a nice druid to help reduce the dmg taken. Other than the pre-PoM the only healing was from VE and DP.

@WatRunetotem I take it you mean the music, A. Menethil was in the band when they formed as lead guitarist so they're not a pure Horde group at least from their roots. Plus having ingame music instead of regular music means no youtube copyright issues.
