I was watching a clip from CNN posted by you about the teabaggers being racist. The whole thing was about inhibiting free speech. We need to allow people to speak their minds.

I have a video on my youtube profile that shows a news organization critical of people posting Obama as the Joker. You may disagree with it, but there is no reason why this should be on TV. Americans are losing their basic freedoms. It's truly sad.

a few FACTUAL corrections:

1) freedom and justice are gone; see the patriot act, torture, wall-street all the police brutality/incompetence that go unpunished. not to mention censorship by news corps. oh and no more 4th amendment

2) good men did bleed all over this country during it's founding; the native americans, mostly when the us gov. broke EVERY major treaty with them

3) most americans are FUNCTIONALLY ILLITERATE about government and its function.

When Ted Poe was a Texas judge he FREQUENTLY denied people their rights. He OFTEN denied the legal counsel guaranteed by the Constitution to those who could not afford it. There are many such cases in Texas which violates the US Constitution that POE disrespects.

When handing out sentences, he would give the number of years in prison based on the number of coins in his pocket at the time.
