Before it was in Assassins Creed it was made semi-popular by Lupe Fiasco's song Hello Goodbye ft. UNKLE of his album Lupe Fiasco's The Cool (Not to be confused with Miles Davis' The Cool). Though the fact that this song is in Brotherhood is Awesome!

I came to this video randomly and loved the first seconds of it, and I thought the top comment suggested the song WOULD have been cool in it, then I heard it, and I agreed the whole way, the mood and instruments, the tone, and video game quality and tempo. Knowing this song is in that game makes me want to play the game.
