u told me to use 60 i xp+ but i am missing one thing is it cine mode or tv or pe or something. will this work for action to with no ghost in it.

@noorbigtimeshow 60i XP+ will get you exactly what you're seeing in this video. I keep trying to reply to your other comments, but they're not taking -_-
Honestly, I've never tried anything other than XP+ (which is something I'm slightly embarrassed about), but you're totally free to try them out and see if there's any noticeable differences!

@Malus9804 Also! The parts where I wanted slow motion in this particular video I amped up the frame rate to 500i to compensate (I think) such as 0:36 to 0:41
