Homemade bulgarian bag

My video was inspired by Matt Wichlinski's video : Homemade Bulgarian Training Bag @ www.youtube.com/watch?v=il8rU0H-9ps My homemade version of the Bulgarian Bag is not meant to be a substitute for the original product : rather, I wanted to make a test version with which to try the exercises I had seen on the internet and see how I liked them. @sergiomarcen Hi! Well, I dont really know about the size man... First I tried with one, was too small, bought a bigger one later on. Sorry if I cant help you more/ Just go to the place where they sell, ask what sizes they have and buy a midle size.

have made my bulgarian bag, but realized the inner tube was too small, so it got too light! So, I got another from the same size, assembled them togheter nice and tight, and now it rocks!! Thanks for the tips! I have made proper handles too! Thaks again!
