Yep.....just like it was to open on september then, somewhere near october, then finally around end of december, know what? january you say, bullshit, it is probably july or something. I hate how they keep postpond it.

is it true they only pay the workers 300 usd a month? If that was built in the USA with union labor no one could afford to build it.

Do you know anything about the buildings design? It seems like the wind would topple it over easily with the design. I know it can sway with the wind up to 4 feet, but is there any other key factor in the design?

the building is designed so that wind can't blow until it falls over.

the designs uses tiers (the three wings stop at irregular heights, so that the wind can't blow on the full surface of the tower, but only on a small part at one time)
