Can someone help me out here? I dont understand the incarnate levels and how to get into the closed going rogue beta.

@sypher889 meant villains from 40 to 50 but an idea none the less

infact i just researched something here, issue 3: ancillary powers introduced to characters at lvl 40, then issue 7: destiny manifest, RAISED the level cap from 40 to 50, i think its safe to say that by issue 20 or 21 that the cap will be raised eventually to 60
