Just tried the Beta it's far better than Rfactor 1 cars feel more dynamic. In a 16 car race I get 27 - 60 fps with a GTX 260 it smoothes out after the grid start. Thinl I will order a G27 wheel just for the Beta impression.

They physics in the beta are awful. It still has that floaty 'driving on ice' feel that was present in the first rfactor.

@netsoftware You are kind of right, but I am glad they stay focussing on physics. I cannot stand shift 2's bling anymore... Did yhou see they are actually including visual tire deformation and wear... Maybe that is a lot for the cpu and graphics card. I prefer physics and realism over crowds. If I didn't, I would be playing more shift 2...
