  • The best thing to do is to try some out and see what fee-s most comfortable to you. I like the Bowtech Admiral, the Hoyt Alphamax, or the Matthews DXT.

  • That is 40 yards...

  • I would not shoot a Constitution myself either. But my Hoyt Selena, marketed to women, was a glorified kids bow and I sold it to a little girl. Nothing against Hoyt, again, I am going to purchase the Alphamax in the very near future.

  • ELP71 - Hoyts are good bows. I had one before I got the Bowtech, and now that they have gone in the direction of Bowtech with the Alphamax 32, I plan to get that bow too. That is as long as it is close to as smooth as my Bowtech General, which is the reason I switched in the first place. I love Hoyt and believe they make awesome bows. The one I had just had so much vibration that it hurt my arm.

  • ELP71 - Obviously you do not know how to read or you would have realized that my bow did not fall under the recall since I have 50 lb limbs. Anyone who registered their bows got a card already stating notice of the voluntary recall. Camojunkie1 has already brought his in and had the minor repair. You sound as if you are just trying to bad mouth the company or just jealous that you cannot afford one.

  • Can you tell me what's the poundage of this bow? My sister is interested in archery, but my bows are 55 and 45-60 lbs and she shoots a childs bow - Golden Eagle Brave, which is too short for her.

  • My bow is set at 43 pounds. It goes up to 50. With the General, there is 20 pound adjustability. I could go as low as 30.

  • Good job,I love my bowtech...watch my video

  • Amazing HD vid. Job well done

  • try the iceman its a single cam and feels good to

  • no need for name calling bud, i guess you didnt read the last part of my comment. WHO CARES WHO SHOOTS WHAT?

its a pointless thing to argue about. grow up fella

  • you putz, mathews limb failure rate is as high as Blowtechs. Mathews seems to be good at acrynyms like IBO & ASA, but when Archery organizations who compete on ultimate/consistent accuracy parameters like the NFAA, Mathews advertising dept seems to develop amnesia.

  • it doesnt matter who is better between bowtech and hoyt, because they will never be a mathews. lol who cares who shoots what,,,,,, we are all archers, cant we just enjoy the sport with out arguing about the equipment we use, pro ball players dont argue about the different gloves they use or bats, or cleats.

it doesnt make sense to argue.... at least not to me

  • I just want a bow... whats a good one?

  • So what? Every limbs where changed. The tax of limbs crack were less than 1%. And bowtech still is the one that sells more. I don't know why this bashing about bowtech. Just enjoy your Hoyt and forget that bowtech exists. But you can't do that, your real fun is bashing. Sorry for that.

  • ??? name 1 blowtech pro victory. look up a google " bowtech recall" it will tell you how dangerous blowtechs are from the US consumer safety commission. Blowtechs have the safety recall record. lmao
