Aside from the comments above, if this is in the daylight this is a great video of a REALLY BAD IDEA! Often the power cables are run inside these rails and if this is the end of a string of many panels wired in series, he just cut through around 240vdc and enough amps to run a corded sawsall! Stay away from the panels in the sunlight Brothers...and stay safe!

Make sure you have a cordless sawzall first. And prsy thateveryone will put their panels on the peak of the roof like that one

This demonstration was setup for fire fighters. The idea was to specifically designate a panel as a ventilation panel and ensure the wires were run along the bottom rail to prevent getting shocked.
