@nickfighter28 the clean up operation if there wasn't any policing would far outweigh the costs incurred by using the OB. Not to mention the extra costs on the NHS from the higher number of casualties it would cause. Peripheral costs such as more insurance claims too would all be the knock on effect. Policing is by far the most cost effective way you fucking plank.
