    Bond movies are actually known for having more hand-to-hand and less shooting. When Brosnan was hosing down soldiers in GoldenEye, one headline reacted BOND KILLS EVERYBODY. Check out the Connery movies. Lots of scuffling. The majority of gunplay is usually reserved for an all-out assault on the Mastermind's HQ, but people have come to recognize the elements of the formula, so it is necessary to mix it up a bit. The way Die Another Day opened with the interrogation/torture scene was genius.
