Well, it depends...
Although he was born in Germany, he spent most of his life (other than his childhood) in England with the Anglicized name, Handel.
And, as William Shakespeare said, "A rose by any other name smells just as sweet...."
By the way....Foerster !!!???? or Firster !!!??? or Forester !!!???
We could get into that debate also, if you wanted to!

Yes conchshell mouthpieces always look as though they have been pissed in by a rat.

Yeah, the balance in this recording is not great, and the flute is a bit soft. It was recorded at a noisy bridal convention exhibit floor using sound that was recorded on the built-in microphone of a video camera (Not the best mic for recording music. The balance was actually better for those who heard this live.

It depends on what purpose you are using it for. In this case, the "Hornpipe" is intended for a wedding recessional, so if you played it too fast, it would sound frantic rather than elegant, and the bride and groom might be encouraged to run down the aisle instead of processing at a more stately tempo. Originally a Hornpipe was a sailor's dance, but even when used for this purpose it should not be played too fast to dance to.
