Most martial arts are meant for beauty/ minor self defence/ agility, on the other hand you have a couple of martial arts that can be counted on fingers that are meant to be brutal, ex. Kyokushin kai.

@nordastelo you say she needs to work on both Technique and speed ?
I found that remark to be an oxymoron .
as speed and power are built into the technique hence it being named technique
this is no diffrent for any art .
Focus on your technique as speed and power are built into it and will come with the movements being preformed correctly .
there is no speration in this way of thinking .
a 16 year old master trained by her dad a master hmm my money is on her ;)

She has some decent basics. Decent flexibility. The kicks need more work, both technique and speed (especially the speed), but she's good looking, charismatic and articulate, I'm sure she could do a good job playing in many action movies, deffinitely better than many female actors I've seen before.
